2025 Summary

The year 2025 will be written deeply and indelibly into the history of Domidar Dogs, marked by the gentle imprint of one extraordinary personality. In the spring we had to say goodbye to our fantastic female MAYA Stawka Wieksza niż Życie. A bitch who was not only a champion by titles, but above all by heart.

A two-time holder of the prestigious TOP STAFF title of the SBTC CZ club, the second time even at the veteran age of nine, and still the unbeaten record holder in the SBTC CZ club scoring, she left behind a legacy that cannot be measured merely by numbers. It is enough to mention names such as 2× TOP STAFF MultiCh. GLIMMER MAN Domidar Dogs, TOP STAFF MultiCh. HOLD ME BACK Domidar Dogs, TOP STAFF PL MultiCh. EXTRA’S LEGACY Domidar Dogs, USA GrandCh. GO FOR IT Domidar Dogs, or Ch. VICE WORLD WINNER 2021 IRON FIST Domidar Dogs, and it becomes clear that her blood flows within the very elite of the breed.

Maya was not only a legend. She was a cornerstone of our breeding program. We are endlessly grateful for her to our friends Alicja and Andrzej Mielus from Poland.

Life, however, brings not only farewells but also new chapters. Waywardstaff TWEED HARRIS confirmed his quality this year by obtaining the title Champion of the Czech-Moravian Cynological Union (ČMKU) and became one of the main pillars of our show team. His highlight came at the International Dog Show in Mladá Boleslav, where he won CAC, CACIB, and BEST OF BREED, and crowned the day with a fantastic BEST OF GROUP – 2nd place. It was one of those moments when the ring seemed to pause for a second and we realized that it is exactly for moments like these that we do all of this.

A very strong and consistent year was also achieved by VIKING OF Domidar Dogs, who repeatedly collected top titles and confirmed his place among the leading dogs in the Czech Republic. VENOM OF Domidar Dogs added a valuable CAC, as did TACTICAL WEAPON Domidar Dogs, who shone by winning CAC and CACIB already at the beginning of the season.

OUT OF CONTROL Domidar Dogs consistently placed among the leaders in the champion class, and TROUBLE MAKER Domidar Dogs proved that the name does not necessarily mean trouble. Together with his owner Vláďa Vrabec, he successfully passed hunting aptitude tests and blood tracking tests, earning a working certificate and opening the door to the working class. We thank them for demonstrating so well that a Staffbull is not only beautiful but also a capable working dog.

Our results were also reflected in the annual competitions. In the prestigious club ranking for the most successful show kennel, we achieved a respectable 9th place out of more than 110 evaluated kennels in the Czech Republic, a result we truly value. In the individual TOP STAFF competition of SBTC CZ, Waywardstaff TWEED HARRIS finished in an excellent 5th place, while VIKING OF Domidar Dogs closed the elite Top 10 in 9th place. Having two representatives among the very best is always a sign of a strong and healthy breeding foundation.

A major milestone of the year was the 5th edition of STAFFBULL CAMP, held in the picturesque landscape of the Bohemian Paradise. This exceptional gathering once again confirmed that it is not only a cynological event but above all a place where people connected by the same passion for the breed meet. It was a great honor for us to personally judge the show this year, and it brought us even greater joy to see the high level of the dogs presented and the wonderful atmosphere of the entire weekend.

The program was, as always, rich—from the show competition to canicross, obedience and protection training, expert lectures, and moments when there was simply space to be together. These moments are what truly give the event its meaning and why we look forward to it every year.

However, 2025 was also a year of new beginnings. Two litters were born in our kennel. The “X” litter, from the proven combination Waywardstaff TWEED HARRIS × MAMMA MIA Domidar Dogs, brought four beautiful puppies. The “Y” litter, from Waywardstaff TWEED HARRIS × OUT OF CONTROL Domidar Dogs, was awaited with great anticipation—and rightfully so. Connie proved to be a wonderful mother to five beautiful puppies.

Yet one of them was different from the very first moment. A dog who did not only choose us, but also his destiny. He stayed with his parents in our kennel: YAMATO BLADE Domidar Dogs. A name that sounds like the whisper of a samurai sword. Already today we can see during show training that he is exceptional. With a quiet smile we watch him and say to ourselves that this is only the beginning. His blade is only just beginning to be sharpened.

Finally, allow us to express our gratitude. To the judges for their high evaluations and trust, to the show organizers for their professional work, and to all those who often remain unseen in the background. Our greatest and most sincere thanks go above all to the owners of our bred dogs. Thank you for giving them not only a home, but also opportunities—for working with them, showing them, competing with them, and loving them. Thanks to you, Domidar Dogs lives far beyond the borders of our home.

And to our friends—those who hold the leads when we cannot be there, who cheer when things go well, and who make us laugh when they do not. Special thanks also go to our photographers, especially Klára Zbořilová, Hana Maredová, Nicole Pecková, the studio TyhletyWeby, Jana Belejová, and Pavel Belej, whose photographs may not always be perfect, but whose ability to improve everyone’s mood is absolutely unmatched.

The year 2025 was a year of emotions, pride, memories, and great expectations. We thank all cynology enthusiasts for the moments we shared, congratulate them on their successes, and look forward to meeting again.

We enter the new year with a new team, new motivation, and the belief that the best is yet to come.
